The Course

Our government funded*one-day Food Safety in Catering course is fully accredited  and leads to a City & Guilds Level 2 Award.

Participants will learn all the most up to date food safety practices in a catering environment. It’s the ideal course for those working, or looking to work in the catering / hospitality industry.

Eligibility:

* To be eligible you must be a small business (2-249 employees) in an eligible business sector or unemployed.  See here for full details of criteria.
