THE boss of a company that saved two youth clubs from the axe has spoken out over fresh cuts to youth services in Neath Port Talbot – and offered a solution.  Ian Ross, managing director of Whitehead-Ross Education and Consulting in Skewen, is concerned over proposed draft budget cuts to Neath Port Talbot Council’s youth services budget, which could see a number of clubs for youngsters close their doors.
