Food Safety

This Level 2 qualification will provide the learner with a knowledge of basic food safety practices, food safety skills and legislation relevant to the catering industry.

It’s a mixture of theory, blended with real life cases focusing on how lack of knowledge can be harmful to customers, colleagues and the wider business.

This is the perfect qualification for those new to the hospitality industry and those working within a catering function in a business.

Requirements:

Cornwall – Aged 15+, living in a Cornwall postcode area, unemployed or economically inactive.

Dorset, Swindon – Aged 19+, unemployed or earning less than £25,000 pa.

Swansea – Aged 25+, living in Swansea or surrounding area, unemployed or economically inactive.
