This course is designed to provide participants with knowledge and skills relating to cyber security practices. It will afford the participant opportunities to develop knowledge and learn practical skills which can be used to seek employment.
The 160-hour, Level 3, qualification covers the following units:
- Understanding cyber security principles.
- Threat intelligence in cyber security.
- Cyber security testing, vulnerabilities and controls.
- Cyber security incident response.
- Understanding legislation and ethical conduct within cyber security.
Locations – Delivered face to face in Neath Port Talbot and Swansea and Online in other locations subject to eligibility.
Requirement
Wales – aged over 16 years, unemployed or likely to leave the labour market.
