This qualification develops learners to take on projects and creates leaders that deliver real impact with better communication, team leading, problem-solving skills.
Learners will work towards the ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management (Project Management) covering topics such as an introduction to Project Management, product breakdown structure, feasibility studies, risk management techniques and budget planning.
