The course
This government funded*course will give you all the skills you need to effectively manage resources, operations and teams within the hospitality industry. You will learn key practices to ensure excellent levels of customer service.

We keep our class sizes small so that you can learn at your own pace and in a supportive environment.


** To be eligible you must be a small business (2-249 employees and in an eligible business sector) or an unemployed individual aged 24+ who has been unemployed for 12 months or less. Full eligibility criteria can be found here.
