The course:

This 2 day course will provide in-depth knowledge of how to manage customer service performance in the sector. The unit will be appropriate for supervisory and management staff to enable them to support their staff in providing excellent customer service in the workplace.


The Skills Support for the Workforce is providing fully-funded vocationally-based skills activity to help individuals develop higher level skills that will enable them to progress in their current employment.

Individuals who have recently been made redundant in the last 3 months are also eligible.
