In June 2013 we were excited to commence a new partnership with the City and County of Swansea’s Educated Other Than At School (EOTAS) Pathways Team.
WREC is an approved framework provider with the Education Department at the City and County of Swansea to deliver programmes of alternative curriculum to pupils who are educated out of school.
EOTAS Pathways works with young people aged 14-16 who are not educated in school or Pupil Referral Units. Our programmes are designed to engage students in a range of vocational qualifications.
We currently deliver sports/outdoor pursuits and catering programmes. All Year 11 leavers in the 2014/15 academic year achieved their qualifications. We have previously delivered dance leadership, photography and enterprise groups in previous academic years.
